Service Delivery Acknowledgment
Refunds are void once an SMTP is connected and campaigns are initiated, as the software service is considered fully rendered.
1. General Policy
Because VirtivoLab is a software interface that connects directly to your own infrastructure, our service is completely fulfilled the moment you successfully establish a connection and begin utilizing the tool.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via the billing dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
