1. Anti-Spam & CAN-SPAM Compliance

VirtivoLab strictly forbids the use of its interface for sending unsolicited mass emails (spam). Users must strictly adhere to the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and all relevant local regulations.

2. Mandatory Requirements

  • All outgoing emails must include a clear, functioning unsubscribe link.
  • Users must only upload lists consisting of opted-in recipients.
  • Accurate sender identification and physical mailing addresses must be present in all campaigns.

3. Prohibited Content

The interface may not be used to transmit malware, phishing attempts, or illegal content. While we do not host the sending servers, we will revoke software access if abusive behavior is detected.
